Can't start an exam

If you are unable to view your online courses or view your exams: First, make sure that you are logged in and click on 'Course Study Material' OR 'Take Exam'. If you are able to view your study material, but cannot see your exam, be sure to scroll down on the exam page until you see a 'Start' button. If you are unable to see a 'Start' button simply give us a call or send us an email for us to fix the issue.

I failed an exam and now I cannot retake it?

If you failed an exam you have one more opportunity at no additional charge. You will need to contact us (http://www.cemassage.com/home/contact_us) for us to reset your exam. This will be active the next business day. If you fail again, meaning on the third attempt, you will need to purchase the course again, at a discount. You can do this by giving us a call. I didn't enter in my license number...

It is imperative that you enter in your license information. This information goes on your certificate as well as what we go by to submit credits to states such as Florida, Georgia and Louisiana. If you are unable to submit an exam it is most likely due to your internet browser or internet speed. If after a couple of minutes nothing happens simply call or email us and we can submit the exam for you. Please be sure to have saved all of your answers to the exam. This most likely indicated that you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer or a PDF reader on your phone or tablet. I cannot complete the courses prior to the one year expiration date...

Oh, this is no problem at all. You may purchase an extension. All extensions are 6 months. Extensions are done based on the course, not the package. What is an extension? Basically, you are purchasing the course again only at a 50% discount! This allows you 6 more months to complete the course(s). How do I get this 'extension'? Easy.
