If you are unable to view your online courses or view your exams:
First, make sure that you are logged in and click on 'Course Study Material' OR 'Take Exam.'
Next, make sure that your course has not expired (we allow one year from the purchase date).
If you can view your study material, but cannot see your exam, be sure to scroll down on the exam page until you see a 'Start' button.
If you cannot see a 'Start' or 'Access Exam' button, give us a call or send us an email for us to see what is going on and fix the issue. Click here for current contact information.
